Custom cut baking stones for commercial ovens

Operators need sizes that do not exist on a retail shelf — large decks, small cavities, and non-standard shapes. The same commercial-grade stone is cut to your required length, width, and thickness instead.

How a custom order works

  1. Send the required length, width, and thickness, plus equipment information where applicable.
  2. A BSCK consultant reviews the requirement and returns confirmed pricing, delivery cost, and estimated delivery time.
  3. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Sizing a stone yourself

Measure the width and depth of the rack the stone will sit on, then subtract two inches from each measurement — that leaves approximately one inch of clearance on all sides for airflow, and any stone at or below that size will fit. The sizing guidewalks through it step by step, with a printable worksheet.

Thickness is sized to the application

Thickness does not change the rate at which a stone transfers heat — it buys strength and recovery capacity. Heavier stones are specified for commercial ovens, lighter ones for home use; thickness is sized to the application rather than sold as a performance upgrade.
