Accessibility statement

BSCK Oven Stones is committed to a site every customer can use — including customers using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Our target

The site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and accessibility is treated as a build requirement rather than a retrofit: every page ships with semantic structure, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast, text alternatives for images and diagrams, and forms whose errors are identified in text.

How we test

Every page is checked with automated accessibility tooling (axe) in our build pipeline, and before launch the site undergoes manual keyboard-only passes, screen-reader passes on the key journeys (the homepage, the product pages, and the quote form), and zoom testing at 200% and 400%.

Known limitations

• Some imagery is interim while final photography is produced; all images nonetheless carry descriptive text alternatives.
• Payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout, whose accessibility is maintained by Stripe.
