These terms govern every purchase from BSCK Oven Stones (“BSCK”, “we”).
BSCK Oven Stones operates under Aim Hii Marketing Group. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Ordering
Commercial orders begin with a quote request. Compatibility is reviewed before a quote is issued, and nothing is charged until you approve the quote. An approved quote is paid by Stripe invoice or payment link. Residential orders are placed directly through the online store and paid at checkout.
Quotes
A quote states the goods, confirmed pricing, delivery cost, and the expected delivery window. Quote validity period: to be confirmed. A quote is an offer to sell; a contract forms when you approve the quote and payment is received.
Pricing, currency, and taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable Canadian GST/HST/PST and US state taxes are calculated and added at payment. Prices may change at any time; the price in an approved quote or completed checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Order acceptance and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order where compatibility cannot be confirmed, where pricing or availability was materially in error, or where payment fails. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. To request cancellation of an order you have placed, contact us as early as possible — custom cutting begins production after approval, and a custom order that has entered production cannot be cancelled.
Custom orders
Custom-cut stones are made to your specification. Custom-cut stones are non-returnable except where defective. Please verify your measurements against the published sizing method before approving a custom order.
Delivery, title, and risk of loss
Delivery timing depends on destination, stone dimensions, thickness, and whether the order is standard or custom cut, and is confirmed at quote or checkout rather than advertised as a single figure. An order may arrive as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. See the shipping policy for destinations, freight, and damage claims.
Guarantee
Guaranteed for 24 months
A 24-month limited guarantee against cracking under normal oven operation — conditional on the operating practice printed with every kit: start from a cold oven, allow 30–45 minutes' warm-up, cool gradually in the oven, keep water and ice off a hot stone, keep wet and greasy items on a pan, never contact a heating element or open flame (grills need a metal flame diverter), and keep about one inch of clearance all round.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSCK’s total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. BSCK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
