Home ovens and grills come in more sizes than any shelf stocks. Residential customers can order the same commercial-grade stone custom cut to their own oven or barbecue dimensions — the material working kitchens use, in exactly the footprint your equipment needs.
How a custom order works
- Measure: rack or grate width and depth, minus two inches each — the sizing guide shows the method and has a printable worksheet.
- Send the required length, width, and thickness, plus your equipment information, through the contact page.
- A BSCK consultant reviews the requirement and returns confirmed pricing, delivery cost, and estimated delivery time before you commit.
Thickness is chosen for you
Thickness doesn’t change how fast a stone transfers heat — it buys strength and recovery capacity. Lighter stones suit home ovens; that is a specification decision made for your application, not an upsell.
Your sizing stays on file, so a replacement or a second stone arrives cut to the same specification without re-measuring.
