Privacy policy

BSCK Oven Stones (operating under Aim Hii Marketing Group) is responsible for the personal information it collects. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect and why
- Quote requests — name, business, role, email, phone, city, oven details, internal dimensions, intended menu use, and the oven photographs you upload. Used to review compatibility, prepare your quote, and support your order. If the link that brought you to the form carried campaign tags (utm parameters), we store those with the request to understand which marketing works.
- Orders — your name, email, and shipping address, collected through Stripe at payment, together with what you ordered. Used to fulfil the order, send confirmations, and keep sizing on file for replacements.
- Support and contact messages — what you send us, used to respond.
- Analytics — with your consent only, Google Analytics collects usage data about how the site is used (see the cookie policy). Declining consent does not limit any site function.
We do not sell personal information, and we collect nothing in the background that this policy does not describe.
Retention
Quote submissions and uploaded oven photographs are kept for a fixed period after submission — to be confirmed — and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as required for guarantee coverage, accounting, and tax obligations. Photographs are stored in a private directory that is not publicly accessible.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- Our hosting provider — the servers this site and its data run on.
- Google Analytics — only after you consent, and only usage data.
- Email service — to deliver quote and order emails.
We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We never disclose your information for third-party marketing.
Cross-border transfer
Some of the providers above process data in the United States. Information transferred there is subject to US law while processed by those providers. We choose providers with appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we must keep for legal and accounting reasons). Reach us through the contact page and we will respond promptly. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
California residents: you may exercise equivalent access and deletion rights under the CCPA/CPRA through the same contact. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
Email consent
Marketing email is sent only with your express consent, identifies BSCK as the sender, and carries a working unsubscribe, per Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Transactional email about your quote or order is sent without subscription.
Changes
We will update this policy as our practices change; the date above shows the current version.
